4) My tarot readings are not a substitute for professional help or services. My tarot readings do not replace professional advice, therapy, or counseling from licensed professionals such as medical doctors, therapists, psychologists, attorneys, financial or business advisors, or any other professional service. I do not give specific financial, business, legal, medical, therapeutic, psychological, or any other type of professional advice, nor do I make any medical claims or diagnosis. By participating in my services you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist, attorney, financial, business, or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of those professionals.
5) Your participation in requesting and accepting a tarot reading from me is solely at your own discretion and risk. The results of a Tarot reading are not legally binding in any way. You, the user of my services, assume sole responsibility for any decisions or actions which you may make as a result of a tarot reading. I am not to be held legal responsibility for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any of your decisions or actions, subsequent to, or based on, my Tarot readings. I in no way insist, advise, or in any other manner coerce you to make any decisions or actions based on a tarot reading. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement and discretion about information from my Tarot readings at all times. Your life and choices are always your own, not mine.
6) I read Tarot cards, but I am not representing myself as a Psychic, Medium, Telepath, Healer, Witch, Shaman, or alternative or occult practitioner of any kind.
7) Tarot readings are opinions, subject to personal interpretation by both the reader and you, and should not be taken as definitive information. There are no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of the outcomes of any reading.
8) All readings are completely private and confidential. I will not share any of your information with anyone else.
9) I reserve the right to decline any reading that I am uncomfortable with, that I find immoral or unethical, or that I believe is beyond my capabilities.
10) I will not attempt to contact you to solicit business in the future in any way.
11) In order to protect your privacy and data, do not send me your surname, email address, or other private information in any of our communications. I will only request your first name or nickname to use in your reading so that it is focused on you.
12) Tarot cards are not dangerous or magical. My tarot readings do not predict the future, remove hauntings, contact the afterlife, invoke or remove spells or curses. My Tarot readings will not force you to follow a particular course of action or exert any form of control over your decisions or actions. Tarot cards do not depict any specific religion, are not “black magic”, satanic, or evil in any way.
13) There aren’t any ‘evil’ Tarot cards. Cards have images that are metaphors for problems we all face, but they also suggest possible ways of rectifying those issues. Tarot cards cannot predict death.
14) Tarot cards cannot predict the winning lottery number or provide gambling advice. They do not identify specific people.
15) I only give readings about the person who asks for a reading. I do not give readings about third parties such as spouses, children, ex-partners, etc. I do not make predictions about what others might be thinking, feeling, or doing.
